Refunds / Cancellations
Bookings for the power hour are non refundable. Clients who fail to show up for the power hour consultation at the designated time will forfeit their payment in full.
Clients can change bookings providing changes are made via the online booking system and providing those changes are made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled consultation. In the event of their being a technical problem with the online booking system the client should notify jonathan of changes by email: firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone / sms / text message + 44 (0)787 33 33 0 33.
Any disputes shall be resolved under the laws of England and Wales.
